CONGRATS!!

Congratulations to all our champions that have return from UITM. Else from IIUM Kuantan, teams were also sent by various universities such as UKM,UM,USIM, USM,and UITM. I hope that everyone return back with the realization that we are not only the representative of Faculty Of Dentistry, but also the community of IIUM as whole..by the way, I heard that team Asha and Safi seems to be very smashing and dashing on that day..(just joking).

The ping pong (sister) team won the 1^st place, and volleyball (brother) team won the 2^nd place. Overall, we were in the 4^th place, which is in my opinion is not bad.

It is proud to say that this is a such great performance for the pioneers of Faculty of Dentisry , IIUM.

JOZU! ( I’ve just learnt the translation of that word from the 1^st year students , which means ‘great’).

If there is another tournament like this next year, lets join again! After all it is not about winning the game, right? I mean , even though I’m not involved directly in this game, I heard from other classmates about how hard we are trying to do our best to cope with lack of facilities to practice here, (InsyaALLAH the sport complex will be ready for the students in a 2 years time), with no sponsored jerseys,(huhu..), and we were so tired by the end of the day, BUT we all had fun and precious experiences, and ukhwah…

With the juniors coming this July, there will be more sports expertise and more man power to empower our sports activities.. InsyaALLAH.^_^ K.UMI
